1 16 oz can of pumpkin
1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup brown sugar substitute (Splenda)
1 Tbsp plus 2 tsp margarine
2 slices wheat bread
1/4 cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in blender until smooth. Spray a 9 inch glass pie pan with Pam and pour mixture into pan. Bake for 50 minutes at 350 degrees or until inserted knife comes out clean.

Can be served warm or cold.
