2 libras de pescado
5 limones
2 cabezas de cebolla colorada
1 cucharada de mostaza
Sal, pimiento y culantro al gusto
1/2 taza de jugo de naranja.

Directions:
Directions:
Cortar el pescado en cuadraditos y pasarlo por agua hervida, luego poner en el jugo de los limones para que se encurta por media hora y agregar la sal.

Aparte preparar la salsa de cebolla colorada (finamente picada), agregar pimienta, mostaza, el jugo de naranja y culantro bien picado. A toda esta mezcla, agregar el pescado bien encurtido.

Servir con patacones, tostado o canguil
