4 claras de huevo
1/2 sobre de gelatina sin sabor
El jugo de un limón
4 cucharadas de azúcar
2 tazas de frutillas en trocitos pequeños

Directions:
Directions:
Diluir el sobre de gelatina en un cuarto de taza de agua hervida, dejar enfriar pero no cuajar.
Con la batidora hacer la espumilla con las claras de huevo, azúcar y jugo de limón hasta formar una crema. Agregar gelatina sin detener el batido hasta lograr mezclar todo bien.

Incorporar la frutillas y con una espátula o tenedor hasta que esté bien mesclada y llevar a refrigeración hasta el momento de servir.
