2 libras de carne de puerco
1 libra de huesos de puerco (neck bones)
2 tazas de mote cocido
10 dientes de ajo enteros
3 ramas de cebolla blanca cortada en trozos grandes
3 cucharadas de sal
6 tazas de agua.

Directions:
Directions:
Poner en el fuego sartén grande y hondo tipo paila con el agua, sal, cebollas y ajo. Dejar hasta que hierva.

Desgrasar la carne y cortar en trozos medianos. Agregar las grasas a la paila y cuando estén bien blandas agregar la carne, cocine a fuego lento hasta que estén cocidas.

Cuando solo falte que se dore la fritada, agregar el mote y pongan en el horno precalentado a 350 grados.

Servir la fritada con el mote
Combinación recomendada: llapingachos con salsa de maní y huevo frito, lechuga picada y aguacate.
