1 leftover baked country ham bone
3 qts water (or chicken broth)
1 cup carrots, sliced
1 cup celery, sliced
1 onion, chopped
1 pack frozen Picsweet white shoepeg corn
1 can navy beans or cannellini beans
16 oz crushed tomatoes
1 bay leave
1 can whole potatoes, halved
2 cups pasta shells or macaroni, cooked
Salt/pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place ham in large Dutch cookpot, cover with water or chicken broth. Simmer 30 min. Remove bone and save broth. Chop ham pieces off and discard bone. Add ham pieces back to broth.

Saute onion, carrots, and celery in butter & olive oil until tender. Add mixture to soup broth. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes. Add cooked macaroni and season with salt/pepper.
