4 sticks butter- softened
1 ½ c. sugar
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 T. vanilla
3 eggs
2 1/2 c. quick oats
5 c. flour
1 1/2 T. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2-12 oz bags semi-sweet chocolate chips
1-12 oz bag mini baking m & m’s

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugars, butter and vanilla. Add eggs. Add oats, flour, baking soda and salt- mix. Add in chocolate chips and m & m’s. Mix- add up to 1 C. flour as needed so dough is not too sticky. Roll into balls close to the size of a ping pong ball. Bake at 375° for 11 minutes.
