3 chicken breasts, preferably with skins & bones

2 cans Rotel tomatoes & chilies
Small bag frozen corn
2 lb Velvetta cheese, cubed
1 cup half-n-half
Lg box chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken in broth until done – save the broth for the soup. Don’t add salt to broth! It comes later in the Velvetta. Remove the chicken, skin and pick into pieces. Add 2 packs of Wyler’s chicken noodle soup mix to the broth and cook for 15 minutes. Add 2 cans of Rotel tomatoes, small bag of corn, 2 lbs of cubed Velvetta cheese. When the cheese is melted, add the cup (or more) of half-n-half and cut up chicken. Don’t not allow to boil! Sometimes you need to add more broth or cream to achieve the right consistency.
