2 1/2 c. flour
2 c. sugar (or less if like. I have used 1/2 cup)
1/2 c. cocoa powder (baking)
1 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. milk
2 c. grated zucchini
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
3 eggs

Preheat oven to 350º.

Mix all ingredients together in a med-large bowl. Pour into a 9" x 13" cake pan. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
