1 Large Cabbage Shredded
2 Carrots Shredded
Celery & Purple Onion Chopped

Sauce
2/3 Cup Vinegar
6 Tbsp Olive Oil
4 Tbsp Sugar
2 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Celery Seed
1 Tsp Dry Mustard
1/2 Tsp Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sauce ingredient and pour over cabbage mixture.
Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours.
Drain before serving.

If using a small cabbage or store packaged coleslaw cut the viniagrette recipe in half.
