5-6 porkchops
2 small or 1 large can cream of mushroom soup
garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
oil

Directions:
Directions:
Salt and pepper the pork chops. Add garlic powder to taste. Heat skillet and fry in oil, turning until browned and no blood runs from chops. Put pork chops in roaster, placing the cream of mushroom soup on top. Bake in oven at 350 º for 1 1/2 to 2 hours until meat is very soft, turning chops in soup mixture a few times. Serve over mashed potatoes, noodles or rice. You can also cook this on low all day in a crockpot. A family favorite.
