6 pork chops
1 can (15 oz) pineapple chunks with juice
1 bottle barbecue sauce
1 green bell pepper (thinly sliced)
1 onion (thinly sliced)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
2 T cooking oil

Directions:
Directions:
In large deep skillet. sauté onion, garlic, green pepper with oil. Stir and turn until tender. Remove from skillet, leaving juices. Add chops and brown and both sides. After chops have browned, add the barbecue sauce, pineapple w/juice, peppers, onion and garlic. Turn heat down low and simmer for about 30 minutes.
Serve with rice, using the sauce for a sweet and sour topping.
