Ingredients:  
16 lbs. tomatoes (cooked & put through food mill)
4 onions & 4 garlic diced and sautéed in 1/2 C salad oil
2 12 oz. cans tomato paste
1/4 C sugar
2 T parsley flakes
2 T oregano
2 T salt
2 tsp basil
3/4 tsp pepper
2 bay leaves (remove before you put into canning jars)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the above ingredients in large kettle and cook for two hours or until thickness desired. Ladle into pint jars. Process for 20 minutes in boiling water bath in cold packer.
