1 stick butter
1/2 cup oil
1 cup water
5 tbsp. coco
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
2 cups sugar
2 cups all-purpose flour

ICING:
1 stick butter
5 tbsp. coco
7 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box powdered sugar
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Melt together butter, oil, water and coco - set aside.

Beat eggs, milk, vinegar, vanilla and baking soda together.

Using a whisk, beat egg mixture into the melted items above and over medium heat bring to a boil - stir slowly while cooking.

Remove from stove and with the whisk beat in sugar and flour.

After all is well blended, pour in an oblong, well greased and floured baking dish.

Put into a preheated over at 325º F for 25-35 minutes until center is done.

Take out and let cool while you prepare the icing. Then pour over the brownies slowly and let cool.

ICING Directions:
Melt butter, coco and milk together. After melted, remove from heat and add vanilla and powdered sugar).

If you like nuts, add in 1 cup chopped nuts or put on top of half or all of brownies.
