Ingredients:  
4 cups grated potatoes, dried (squeeze through cloth to take out most of water)
2 cups mashed potatoes
1/2 cup flour
2 TBSP salt

Directions:
Directions:
Add mashed potatoes to grated potatoes. Add flour and salt. Mix well with hands. Take about 1/2 cup of mixture at a time and form into ball; roll in flour and drop into kettle of boiling water to which a little salt has been added. Boil for 20-30 minutes. Serve with a well-seasoned, rich gravy (chicken, pork or beef.)
