1 c flour plus 3 Tbls.
1 c rolled oats
1/4 t. salt
3/4 c brown sugar
1/2 t. soda
3/4 c melted butter
1 jar Carmel topping
6 oz choc. chips
1/2 c chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 1 c flour and next 5 ingredients and mix well. Reserve 1/4 c crumbs for topping. Press into an ungreased 13 x 9 pan. Bake 350 for 15-20 mins.

Remove bar mixture from oven and sprinkle with choc chips and walnuts.

Stir carmel with 3 T flour. Drizzle carmel over bar and top with remaining crumbs.

Bake 20-25 mins, cool before cutting.
