3 pounds chicken wings
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 cup flour for coating

SAUCE
6 tsp soy sauce
6 tbsp water
1-3/4 cups sugar
1 cup white vinegar
1 tsp garlic powder, or to taste

PREHEAT oven to 350F

CUT wings in half, dip in egg then coat with flour

PLACE on a parchment paper line cookie sheet, cook until lightly browned once cooked place in a shallow greased roasting pan

MIX In a small bowl the soy sauce, water, sugar, vinegar, garlic powder and salt. Pour over wings

BAKE 60 mins basting wings with sauce often
