1/2 cup margarine
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 lb grated sharp cheese
dash cayenne
1 cup plus 2 T sifted flour

Directions:
Directions:
Let margarine soften slightly in mixing bowl; add salt and cayenne mixing well until blended. Add flour and mix well, shape dough into 3 roll about 1 inch in diameter, wrap rolls in waxed paper and chill overnight in refrigerator. Cut into1/8 inch slices and place on ungreased baking sheet, place pecan half on each and bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes.
