cooked giblets from turkey
diced onion to taste
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tbsp poultry seasoning

Directions:
Cook giblets in 2 cups of water for about 1 hour, covered. Remove giblets to cool, save juice. Chop or grind giblets fine. Toast bread in the oven at a lower temp until dry; or in the toaster. Break into small pieces into a large mixing bowl. Add giblets, spices to taste, and giblet juice. Add more water if needed to make a gooey dressing. Stuff into turkey the day you cook it; or bake in a greased casserole dish for about 1 hour at 350º.
