2 pkg yeast
1 tsp sugar
1 c warm water
2 eggs
¾ c oil
2 tsp salt
2 c boiling water
2 c cold water
1 c sugar
12-13 c flour

Directions:
Directions:
In a 2 cup measure, stir 1 tsp sugar into 1 c of warm water. Stir in yeast. Let rise for 10 minutes, until foamy.
Beat together eggs, oil, salt, boiling and cold water, and sugar. Add 2 c flour. Beat. Add yeast mixture. Beat. Add flour, 2 c at a time, until dough is slightly sticky. Knead dough for 10 minutes. Cover and let rise for 1 hour. Punch down. Let rise for 1 hour. Punch down. Form into buns and put in pans. Let rise 1 hour. Bake at 350ºF for 20-22 minutes.
