8-10 medium sized yellow squash
2 beaten eggs
1 cup mayonnaise
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 medium sized onion, chopped
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup Ritz crackers, crushed
6 or 7 dabs of butter

Directions:
Directions:
Slice and steam squash until tender, mash and drain excess water.
Mix squash and next 4 ingredients. Put in 9 x 13 casserole dish, sprinkle cheese on top then top with ritz crackers and butter. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
