3 cups of sugar
1 1/2 cup margarine
1 cup of milk
6 large eggs
3 1/2 cups plain flower
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. of coconut flavoring
1 tsp. butter flavoring

For Frosting:
1 stick butter or margarine
1/4 cup evaporated milk
1 cup brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and shortening. Add eggs one at a time. Sift flower and salt. Add alternately with milk. Bake at 325º for 1 1/2 hours. Combine all ingredients for frosting. Cook slowly until bubbles burst. Pour over cake.
