chicken (boneless, skinless)
Catalina dressing
crumbled bacon (or real bacon bits)
shredded cheese (your favourite variety)
green onions
Directions:
Directions:
Marinate chicken in Catalina dressing (several hours or overnight is ideal). Grill on bbq or bake in oven (375ºF). When chicken is cooked top with bacon, cheese and green onions. Return to grill/oven until cheese is melted.
