2 C sugar
1 C oil
3 eggs
3/4 C oatmeal
1 C nuts
2 C flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
2 C of zucchini
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and pour into a greased 9x13"pan. Bake at 350º for 30-40 minutes. Cool. Frost with cream cheese frosting.
