4 flounder, sole, swordfish or halibut fillets
2 tsp crushed fresh garlic
2 cups snow peas
2 cups thinly slice carrots
1/4 cup chopped scallions
2 tbsp plus 2 tsp minced fresh dill
2 tsp butter flavored sprinkles
1/4 cup dry white wine

Cut heavy duty foil into 8 x 12" pieces and center a fish fillet on lower half of each piece. Spread 1/2 tsp garlic over each, top with 1/2 tsp garlic over each, top with 1/2 cup peas, 1/2 cup carrots, 1 tbsp scallions, 2 tsp dill, 1/2 tsp butter sprinkles, 1/8 tsp. pepper and 1 tbsp wine.

Fold upper half of foil over fish to meet bottom. Seal edges together by making tight 1/2" fold, then fold again to double seal. Allow space for heat circulation.

Cook on grill for 20 minutes over medium heat, until fish is opaque.
