1 Can of Black Eyed Peas
1 Can of Pinto Beans
1 Can shoepeg corn
1 Can of Black Beans
3-4 cut up Roma tomatoes
1 onion cut
1 green bell pepper/red bell pepper

1/2 C vinegar
1/2 C sugar
1/4 C oil

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up and mix all the beans, tomatoes, corn, peppers. Boil 1/2 C vinegar & 1/2 C sugar. Then add 1/4 C oil. Cool. Add to other ingredients. Marinate for 4-5 hours or overnight.

Serve with tortilla chips!
