2 lbs. Stew meat
2 cans cream of golden mushroom soup
1/2 envelope dry onion soup mix
1/2 c. red wine
1/4 c. worcestershire sauce
2/3 c. chopped fresh parsley (don't leave this out)
1 T. paprika

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Combine all ingredients in heavy casserole dish. Cover tightly and bake for 3 hours. Serve over mashed potatoes or egg noodles.
