2 eggs
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and milk and beat until smooth. Add salt and sugar. Break eggs gently into this mixture and stir gently. Dip hot iron into batter, making sure not to dip past the top of the iron; deep fry in oil. Cool. Dip in sugar or dip into thinned powdered sugar frosting.
