4 eggs
2 1/2 cups milk
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
***Carnation evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs; add milk. Add dry ingredients and blend thoroughly. Mom's recipe card indicated she might have added some evaporated milk--no measurement! Pour into greased cast iron skillet. Cover and fry over medium heat. Once bottom side is browned, flip over to brown other side. May need to be cut in fourths for ease of flipping. When baked through, cut into bite size pieces. Serve topped with canned fruit such as peaches in syrup.
