1 pound Sea scallops
1 pound Bacon
1/2 cup Jack Daniels Whiskey
1 stick butter
1/2 cup brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 425º.

In a medium sized pot on high heat add in the bourbon and cook until the alcohol has been cooked out.
Next, whisk in the butter until melted and then add in the brown sugar and whisk until combined. Set aside

Cut bacon slices in half (or thirds). Cut larger scallops on half. Wrap bacon around scallops. Secure with toothpicks. Arrange on a broiler pan.

Bake at 425º for 12-15 minutes or until bacon is crisp.Broil an additional minute if bacon is not crispy enough.Drizzle glaze over scallops and serve.

Can also pour glazed over scallops and bake an additional five minutes or so if preferred.
