4-6 turkey legs
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp allspice
2 small envelopes of Knox gelatin

Directions:
Directions:
Boil turkey legs until well done; or cook in pressure cooker at 10 lbs pressure for about 30 minutes. Cool; pick off meat and grind coarsely. Dissolve Knox gelatin with leftover turkey juice, adding water as needed to meet directions. Add salt and spices. Bring to boil. Add to ground meat, bring to simmer. Remove from heat and pour into greased loaf pans. Cool and remove from pans. May be frozen.
