Directions:
Open cresent rolls, spread a small amount of mustard on each triangle (optional). Take one hotdog per triangle and set on crescent roll. Make slit in the hotdog and put in 1/2 piece of American cheese. Roll crescent roll to wrap hotdog and seal. Bake in 375º oven until cresent roll is browned and done, about 12 minutes. You can also partially cook bacon slices and wrap the hotdogs in bacon after putting in the cheese and roll and cook as above.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I remember Mom making these for me after school sometimes. Comfort food! You can also use mini smoked sausages and just cut the cresent in smaller pieces to make appetizers. Mom used to make these with the mustard spread in them and then roll in sesame seeds before baking.
