Ground beef or fresh sausage
flour
milk
salt and pepper
"gravy master" browning/seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the meat.
Add flour and stir until dissolved by fat.
Add milk and stir until smooth.
Cook until thickened.
Add some gravy master to add color and flavor.
Salt and pepper to taste.

Serve over hot biscuits or mashed potatoes.

This is another one of those meals that was quick and economical to make.
We used it for dinner or breakfast.

Don't know of any of the family that doesn't enjoy this today.

I've also been known to use half beef and half sausage for great flavor.

My grandson Noah Wilson is always asking me to make this with hot biscuits!.
