Canned Tuna
Mayo
Chopped onion
Velvetta cheese
Hamburger buns

Directions:
Directions:
Mix canned tuna with mayo, add finely chopped onion. Cut velvetta cheese into small cubes and add to tuna mixture. Spread on hamburger buns. Wrap each in foil. Place on cookie sheet and heat in a 350 degree oven until hot and cheese is melted.

Many days were long as the family worked in the fields planting, making hay, harvesting wheat or picking corn. We often had the original "Tailgate" lunch or dinners. These little sandwiches were fast and easy to transport out to the field.
