2 pkgs dried chipped corned beef
butter
hard boiled eggs
peas
milk
flour salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in pan, add chipped beef, shredded or sliced.
Saute until hot.
Add a couple tablespoons of four, stir till dissolved into butter.
Add milk and stir until thick and creamy.
Add optional sliced hard boiled eggs.
Add optional peas.

Serve over hot biscuits, or mashed potatoes.
In a pinch.....over toast.

We often had to "stretch" a meal in our household.
This was a quick easy supper...most often served over
fresh hot biscuits or mashed potatoes.

Maybe not a favorite of all...but I still make this today.
