20 ozs. chopped broccoli
1/2 lb. carrots, cut julienned
1 head broccoli, cut into small pieces
8 ozs. Velveeta Cheese, thinly sliced (DO Not Substitute)
1/4 lb butter, melted
1 cup Ritz cracker crumbs
1/3 cup sliced almonds
1 head cauliflower flowerets, cut into small pieces

Defrost frozen broccoli. Drain
Cook carrots, broccoli, and cauliflower flowerets until tender-crisp. Drain
Spread chopped broccoli in bottom of lightly greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
Cover with cheese.
Combine butter and cracker crumbs, mixture will be lumpy.
Drop by spoonsfulls over cheese and spread evenly.
Cover with mixture of carrots, broccoli and cauliflower flowerets arranging attractively.
Pat gently into cracker mixture so vegetables are one-third submerged.
Sprinkle with almonds if desired
Bake in preheated 350ºF oven for 20 minutes or until hot.
May be assembled early fif desired.
