2 lbs ground beef
2 quarts water
1 - 28oz can diced tomatoes,undrained
1 can tomatoe sauce
2 cups cooked white long grain rice
2 cups chopped green peppers
2 beef bullion cubes
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef, drain.
Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
Reduce and simmer 30-40 minutes or until peppers are soft.
