8 slices bread, cubed
1 1/2 lb shredded cheese
1 1/2 lb cooked sausage
4 eggs
3 c milk
3/4 tsp dry mustard
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Combine bread, shredded cheese and cooked sausage and put into 9x12" pan. Mix together the eggs, 2 1/2 c milk and dry mustard. Pour over top of bread/cheese/sausage mixture. Refrigerate overnight.

Mix 1 can mushroom soup and 1/2 c milk. Pour over top. Bake 1 1/2 hour at 300º uncovered.

This is a family holiday tradition - a favorite for all. The kids love to help make it by shredding the cheese and mixing together many of the ingredients.
