Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Flaky Pie Dough for a 9” double crust (see recipe)
2 cups Ripe Strawberries, hulled and quartered
2 cups Fresh Blueberries
2 cups Fresh Raspberries
1 cup plus 1 tbsp. Sugar
¼ cup Cornstarch
¼ tsp. Cinnamon
2 tsp. Lemon Zest
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

Directions:
Directions:
Line a 9” pie plate with half of the pie dough; refrigerate until time to use.

Preheat oven to 400˚F. Place all the berries in a bowl and toss with 1 cup sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, lemon zest and vanilla. Spoon berry mixture into the chilled crust.

Once the bottom crust is filled, drape to over with the top crust. Trim excess dough, leaving a 1” overhang. Brushing with water, moisten the crusts where they meet, then turn the top crust under the bottom and crimp the edge decoratively.

Cut a few slits in the top to allow steam to escape. Brush the top lightly with water. Sprinkle with the remaining tablespoon of sugar.

Bake in the lower 2/3 of the oven for 1 to 1 ¼ hours or until the filling is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
