Ingredients:  
2 cups of milk
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons cornstarch
3/4 cup sugar
3egg yolks
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine flour, cornstarch, sugar, salt and moisten with a little milk (warm).
2. Beat in egg yolks.
3. Add rest of milk.
4. Cook until thick on medium to low heat.
5. Cool and then add coconut.
