1/2 c butter
1/2 c firmly packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup + 2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
3 1/2 oz white chocolate
3 1/2 oz macadamia nuts chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, gradually add sugar beating at med speed with mixer. Add egg and vanilla, mix well. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt, ad to mixture, stirring until blended. Stir in chocolate and nuts- chill

Shape into 1" balls, place 2" apart on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on wire rack. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Makes 4 doz.
