1 lb of ground beef
1 pkg French onion soup
1/4 cup water
1 large can of creamed corn, or bag of frozen corn (cooked)
10 peeled potatoes
1/3 cup butter
1/3 cup milk
salt and pepper
1 cup cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
HEAT oven to 350ºF

PREPARE grease 9 x 13 inch baking dish

BROWN ground beef, stir in onion soup mix and water - set aside.

COOK potatoes, drain water, add butter, milk, salt and pepper (to taste) and whip to desired consistency - set aside.

COVER bottom of baking dish with beef mixture.

TOP beef with corn.

TOP with whipped potatoes and then cheese.

BAKE for 45 minutes or until browned.
