2 c cooked chicken breast
1 c frozen mixed veggies (corn, carrots 7 green beans are good)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can of biscuits
Shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Grease muffin pan. put biscuits in and line the muffin area up to the top. Combine all other ingredients except cheese in a bowl, stir, and then transfer a scoopful into each biscuit. Cook for 15 minutes, then sprinkle cheese on top of each muffin and let cook for another minute or two.
