1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast, seasoned, cooked & diced
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp seasoning salt

6 green onions, chopped
1 large pkge of shredded cheese of choice
2 large tomatoes, chopped
Jalepenos - optional
6 - 10 inch flour tortillas
Oil for frying

Toppings ...
Sour cream
Guacamole
Salsa

Directions:
Directions:
HEAT the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.

PREPARE half of each tortilla with the chicken and vegetable mixture, then sprinkle with the Cheddar cheese

FOLD the tortillas in half and place into frying pan

FRY until the cheese is melt and the torilla is lightly browned

SERVE with salsa, guacamole & sour cream

Variation - use letover pulled pork instead of chicken, taco seasoned hamburg also works well
