1 pkg frozen chopped broccoli
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 cup grated cheese
1/2 cup cream of mushroom soup
1 cup crushed crackers
Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain well and cool. Combine mayonnaise, soup, egg, and grated cheese; stir in cooked broccoli. Pour into a buttered casserole dish, and sprinkle cracker crumbs on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
