1 C. milk
1 2/3 C. sifted flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. soda
2 T. white sugar
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. vanilla (or 1 tsp.)
Directions:
Directions:
Mix as you would for pancakes. (Do not over mix) Use a zip lock bag with the corner cut off (not too big), or your finger over the hole of a small funnel. Swirl around and around, criss cross, over hot oil ( fry daddy, or other) Flip over to brown the top. Serve immediately with sugar and cinnamon on top or powdered sugar frosting.
