Ingredients:  
1lb. Pork Sausage
1 package Chicken Livers
1 package Chicken Gizzards and hearts
1 large chopped onion
1 package of chopped celery
Salt and pepper
2 loaves of bread
1tsp season all salt
l T. garlic powder
3 T. rubbed sage
2 eggs
2 cans chicken broth
2 cans milk

Directions:
Directions:
Grind livers, gizzards and hearts.
Brown them with pork sausage.
Add 1 large chopped onion, 1 pkg of chopped celery with salt and pepper.
Cook all til done.

Break up into small pieces 2 loaves of bread in big tub.
Go around twice with salt and pepper.
Add 1tsp season all salt, l Tblsp garlic powder, 3 Tblsp rubbed sage, 2 eggs, 2 cans chicken broth, 2 cans milk.
Mix above.
Mix browned meat with above.
Taste it and see if it needs some more seasoning.
Should be gooey. lf not, add more chicken broth and/or milk.
Bake dressing covered for 1 hour (or more if taken from fridge) at 350 degrees
Bake add'l 15 min. uncovered to brown
