2 lb. ground beef
1 onion diced
2 C. celery diced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 C. minute rice
1 can Chinese vegetables
1 can bean sprouts
3 T. soy sauce
3 1/2 C. water
Chinese noodles (crunchy, in a bag)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef with salt, pepper, onions and celery. Drain off fat. Mix ground beef mixture with the soups, uncooked rice,Chinese vegetables undrained, bean sprouts undrained, soy sauce, and water. Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan. Put desired amount of crunchy Chinese noodles on top. Bake at 350º for 1 hr.
