4 eggs
2 c sugar
pinch salt
2 q half & half
4 tbsp. vanilla
2 cans evaporated milk
3 junket tablets (found in pudding section)

Directions:
Directions:
Mash & dissolve junket in 2 tbsp. warm water. Set aside. Beat eggs, add sugar and salt and 1 quart of half and half. Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, gradually add other quart of half & half, vanilla and evaporated milk. Add junket to mixture. Let set 1 hour at room temperature. Then add to crank/electric ice cream maker. Makes 1 gallon.
