Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 pound of ground beef or a mix of beef, veal, and pork
¾ cup grated Pecorino Romano cheese
2 eggs beaten
½ cup bread crumbs or equivalent white bread that has been broken up
½ small onion minced
3 gloves of garlic minced
2 tablespoons minced parsley
1 tablespoon milk
½ teaspoon table salt and ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Add bread and milk together in a large bowl and combine. Add more as needed to moisten the bread.
Sauté onion, garlic, and parsley, along with a pinch of salt in a little olive oil or butter until softened and onions are translucent.
Add sautéed vegetables to a mixing bowl along with eggs, cheese, and mix. Add meat mixture, salt, pepper and mix gently until combined.
Form meatballs into balls a little larger than golf balls. You should have about a dozen meatballs.
Line meatballs on a baking sheet and broil (3-4 inches away from heat) for about 6-8 minutes and then bake at 400 degrees hundred for another 6 minutes.
*If frying meatballs, add a few meatballs at a time into a medium hot skillet with about ½-1 inch of oil in it (or up about halfway the meatballs). Allow oil to get hot. Let the meatballs brown for a couple of minutes on one side and then carefully turn with a fork or tongs and brown the other side.
