1 1/2 pounds white chocolate (or candy melts), divided
6 oz. heavy cream
2 chai tea bags
nutmeg to garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Heat cream & tea bags in micro or on stovetop till bubbly. Cover w/ plastic wrap & let steep 10-15 minutes. Remove tea bags & squeeze. Reheat cream till bubbly. Pour over 1 pound of the white chocolate in medium bowl. Let set a couple minutes then stir till melted. Heat @ 15 second intervals if needed. Chill "ganache" 1-3 hours or until firm. Roll into bite-sized balls. Chill balls till firm. Melt remaining 1/2 lb. of choc. Dip balls in melted choc. Repeat if desired. Sprinkle w/ nutmeg to garnish while chocolate is still wet.
